SM Version 2017.1.004 Released. Empty SM Version 2017.1.004 Released.

New code handling alarm notifications was cleaned up and beta tested on a customer site. Now available with version 2017.1.004. Viewers do not need to be updated, can stay on 2017.1.003, as modifications were strictly server-side.
